Meet Bianca Murphy, founder and chef behind;

B’s Bistro — Wholesome made easy.

A South African–born, classically trained chef with over 18 years of professional experience, Bianca’s career took her around the world as a private chef aboard luxury super yachts. For a decade, she cooked fresh, nourishing food to the highest standards for clients across the globe.

When starting a family, she relocated to her husbands’ homeland, Scotland, and that journey inspired the creation of B’s Bistro.

Bianca understands how busy life can be, particularly for professionals and families who still want to eat well without spending hours in the kitchen.

At B’s Bistro, she creates freshly prepared, balanced meals that are tasty, filling, and genuinely enjoyable. Each meal includes clear macro information, allowing customers to make informed choices - without the pressure of strict tracking or dieting.

Our ethos is simple: real food, cooked properly, using fresh ingredients. Food should be comforting, satisfying, and something to look forward to.
